Dell Latitude e6400 not booting probably, showing 'rtc mode fixed - time and date may be wrong' other times it boots up only when it shows press F12 to enter BIOS. This happens even after replacing with new CMOS battery. I really need help on how to resolve this.

A 2009 laptop can be failing now. The cmos battery replacement should have corrected the problem but since it didn't the mainboard is probably bad. Consider buying a new computer.
