My mouse has stopped working
Hi! I have a USB-wired mouse. It worked perfectly fine until now. The problem is that when I plug the USB in it works perfectly fine, but after a short while, it just stops moving. I tried new USB ports, and a mouse pad, but none worked. I know it is correctly connected because the red light is on at the bottom. I ran the mouse and hardware troubleshooter but they did not fix the problem. I have this model of the mouse: M-UVDEL1
I have no problem with buying a new mouse, just want to see if I did anything wrong or broke it by accident, I wouldn't want that to repeat. So if you know it is broken and why or have a solution, please reply to this post.
Thanks for reading
Have a good day!

Hello,
It's possible that the issue with your mouse is caused by a problem with the USB cable or the internal wiring. Here are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the problem:
Try using the mouse on a different computer to see if the problem persists. If the issue occurs on multiple computers, then it's likely that the mouse is faulty.
Check the USB cable for any visible damage or kinks. If the cable is damaged, then it may need to be replaced.
Try cleaning the bottom of the mouse with a soft cloth to remove any dust or debris that may be interfering with the sensor.
Try resetting the mouse by turning it off and unplugging it for a few minutes, then plugging it back in and turning it on again.
If none of these solutions work, then it's likely that the mouse is faulty and may need to be replaced. In that case, purchasing a new mouse would be a good option.
