I've had this desktop for 3 months now and couldn't be more happier with it if it wasn't for the problem that's mentioned in the title. The reboots are completely random, I sometimes get 2-3 a day or won't get a random reboot for a couple weeks. There's no BSOD when the random reboot happens. Event viewer says Kernel-Power Event 41.

I've tried numerous ways on trying to fix it:

I know it's not a overheating problem since i've been watching my CPU's and GPU's temps ever since I got the PC.

I've tried updating, disabling, and uninstalling the Realtek drivers but the problem still persists.

It also does the random reboots regardless if I set the power options to Balance or High Performance.

My PC is malware free and no problems were found during the memory tests.

I'm out of ideas on what to do. My OS is Win 7
