I have an Alienware M17x R4 with an LED back lit keyboard, and it's developing problems, so i contacted customer service and they ordered me a replacement with the following part number "ghrjp".

I need someone from dell to tell me PRECISELY what this part number is associated with (e.g: "Keyboard, with LED backlight, Alienware M17x R4....etc")
