Hi all

I have an M18x R1 laptop with all the whistles & bells (£2.5k) worth which I use to develop games / xwebsites and 3d art.

It started playing up a few days ago by booting up slowly, disabled indexed search which helped a little, then it booted up with a guest / temp profile.

So I did a respawn and now it won't boot up at all!

All I get  now is a black screen with my movable mouse cursor which goes dim after a few minutes.......and that's it.

Done a full check of all hardware which has passed, would this be a simple software issue?

oh sorry forgot to say...windows 7 x64

Please help!
