Right i really need some help here... after reading a few post online there was no help. i have a aura r4 in warranty till november 2015. my mouse yesterday started phasing in an out during game play... today i booted up and it worked for a for about 15 mins then stopped responding. i checked in start/ device and printers/ properties on the mouse/ and it said windows could not use the device due to malfunction code 43. so i tried rebooting it phases sometimes works for abit other times no lights on the mouse but displays it on devices and printer still connected or a unknown device i tried it in my laptop work fine for a few mins then same os win7 come up with the same problem..... when it works it works fine so it dont make sence help please using this 300dpi spare is painful. feel free to email advie to <ADMIN NOTE: Email id removed per privacy policy> but ill bookmark this page
