Blinking Yellow Power Light

I've read that the blinking power button usually means a bad power supply.  I've installed a new psu but still have the same problem.  I've removed all the pci cards, disconnected all drives but the problem still exists.  Can someone please advise me what to try next.  Thanks

The only real way to do that is to swap in a known working mainboard.

The other thing it can mean is that the mainboard is faulty.
