Sorry about that, kinda hit the wrong key. I got my daughter a new dimension 4600, she just recieved it friday as a matter of fact. She downloaded and installed Symantec Norton antivirus 2005 and Copper HighSpeed dialup isp. Now she has problems booting up. She told me her wallpaper loads and then everything locks up, no icons or anything, just wallpaper. It won't let her shut down, she said she has waited as long as 30 minutes and all she gets is wallpaper. Any clues as to what I should tell her?, where to start looking? Any help would be most appreciated.

Her System is: Dimension 4600, 2.8, P4/ht, xp home with sp2. Not real sure if this is enough information or not.
