CANNOT BOOT FROM CD~CANNOT ACCESS BIOS TO SET IT UP
Help.
I have been working on this for several days, and have followed all the instructins, etc. everything is saved.
I have used the dell resource CD, which I cannot make diagnose because I cannot get it to boot from that cd.
same with resinstalling xp, I cannot get to bios to set it to boot from that cd,
I have followed all of the Dells, instructions, the instructions at windows super site and other instructions.
I paid a tech just now, to make sure I was not doing something wrong, and he could not get it to wo either.
I am disabled, and really cannot afford a new computer, but dont know what to do.
