Digital vs. Analog connection?
Is a digital video connection an improvement over analog? If so, what's the improvement and how do you measure it?
I'm using a digital cable with one of my Dimension desktops and can't tell any difference between it and the analog cable connection on the other. The monitors are 20.2" LCD. Both are set at 1600x1200 and 32 bits. The video cards and the desktops have good power.
My grandsons play Medal of Honor, Panzers and other such games on the computers when they visit. They don't see any difference either. What are we missing?
