After installing a program, any program such as a game software update or anything, and then when it says i have to reboot to update the files i get the mesage: WINDOWS COULD NOT UPGRADE THE FILE 1% 2% 1% 2%. Im not a genius but i think it means the full installation or sumthing wasn't fully upgraded or whatever. Plz if anyone knows how to fix this problem plz help.
