Hello,
My drag down menus come down soooo slow.
I have done the following and the problem remains.
1) I have cleaned up the computer. I have removed temp files, I have defragmented, I have emptied the recycle bin, etc. Problem remains.

2) I start the computer with a selective startup. Computer performance is over 90%. Problem remains.

3) I have run the computer in safe mode and the problem disappears.

How do I find what is causing the conflict?

Thanks for your help. The problem affects all Office programs the most.
