battery charging problem
Hello.
I have a problem on my pc alienware 17.
the battery is not charging, it remains a 2% charge and there mark plugged in but not charging
I read that I had to put my bios update, but with less than 10% he does not want this update, I try administrator mode with command / forceit
but it does not work.
help me please
Check setup (F2 at powerup). If the AC adapter isn't recognized (shows unknown), the battery won't charge.
If that's the case, the first thing to do is try a new OEM Dell AC adapter.
If that doesn't solve it, the system needs an internal repair - sometimes, a shop can solder in a new DC jack (it's part of the mainboard) -- otherwise, the mainboard will need to be replaced.

it's good I opened the hood, remove the battery and then I turn on the pc
I tin the computer, I go up the battery and charging
