After seeing all the posts of people having this problem I thought it was time to try and organize.

After seeing that no one has been given a solution to this problem we need to get together as a group and make Dell recognize that they need to do something about it.

If anyone out there has had this problem and it was "fixed" please let the rest of us know. it is possible that what worked for you might help us.
