i want to remove the bios password on an XPS 15 L502X? my sisterwanted me to remove bios password n wen i did so.. i couldnt finf remove option.. so wat i did was entered password n thn in new password left in blank in both ocassions.... but now d problem is its not accepting d old password nor its accepting blank password... pls give me d solution sir....

i called dell customer support but i dnt knw y call isnt connecting... my no. is ...

. when I press f2 for bios settings it asks to enter password/unlock key and below it says Unlock key hint number 98b1fdfb, don't know what that is. Any help is very much appreciated. I can give the service tag if needed. thanks...pls help me out sir pls...
