I have a latitude cpx h500gt and have reformatted. I can't install windows because it won't recognize the cd-rom. In bios the diskette is listed first on the boot sequence. Then the hard drive, then the cd-rom. The problem is... won't let me change it! It says to use the left or right arrow keys but that does nothing. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this? Or is it time for a new hard drive? Any help would be appreciated.
