Hi ive had this laptop for about 4 years. So slow recently, I decided to put back to Factory Settings. Problem is, after the restore .... Typing into certain websites I get the Diagnose Connection Problems sign. Trying to connect to the likes of facebook, or yahoo.com, I get the DCP sign, yet I can connect to my Internet Banking website, and my Football team website. Please help me repair this,  many thanks.

Driver issue? Hardware? or me being silly?
