I have a inspiron 1525 running Vista home basic. I had to run system reboot back to original factory settings. This was no problem. Completed and all updates have been completed. My  problem is that  I cant download the system software. I have tried from dell.com as well as from the driver and utilities disc. It downloads and asks me to restart but when I restart the download never keeps. I need this download so I can download my wireless software. I need help. I have been on forum for three days looking to see if anyone else has had this  problem and cant find it anywhere.
