hdd

I have my dell Inspiron N5010....

It is 2 yrs old....

within this 2 yrs i have got my hard disk changed twice.....wts the issue i am not able to recognize it....

plz help me out...how to get rid of this hdd issue.....

    as u say issue is with motherboard.......but during my warranty period i got my heatsing,motherboard changed...

    from then there is no heating problem

    it seems that i need 2 get my motherboard changed..........any other available solution....

    yes....i tried the dell utility of diagonistic using F12...it gave me following error..

    error code 2000-0146

    went through the thread....n found that there is an issue with my hdd..

    but the thing is.....i got my hdd replaced twice from dell technical executive...still this is the third time i am coming across this problem...

    any other problem that is affecting hdd.....????????????

    Does Dell diagnostic generates any error code for the motherboard...........???????????

    The two biggest killers of hard drives are excessive heat and excessive shock.  If the system is running abnormally hot, it'll destroy the hard drive in short order.  So too will an errant bump here and here.

    i just through low-level formatting the hdd...

    now it is working fine as compared to before..as before it used to get freezed while working........

    but when i performed the diagnostic of the system.....the error 2000-0146 still pop up...

    so just wanted to know wt is the actual issue..........?????????????
