I need to replace my keyboard

A friend of mine had spilt a soda on my keyboard, and now backspace, /, enter, and shift are sticky.

I've tried to find a phone number so I can simply talk to a human bieng about this, but I've given up. So I'm having to resort to this.

I'm currently in the USAF, stationed in Japan, so I don't know if I can just simpley ship my laptop back to you(Dell) to replace the keyboard. And I dont even know if I have to pay for it or not.

My question is, if I buy one off of eBay, can I replace it myself?

PLEASE respond with an answer, I'd GREATLY appriciate it!

Depending on the type of laptop you have, you can find the instructions to change the keyboard on Dell's website.  It's easy to change out the keyboard, just a few screws.  However, make sure the keyboard you buy, if off of ebay, is compatible with your laptop or it won't fit.  www.laptopparts.com might have one you're looking for.
