I just got vostro 1500 (just today). Key "v" doesn't work some time. it don't work when I presses low/left part of the key and it work just when I presses high part of key. Other keys work fine.

 

I talked with Dell support, Dell support guys think that I should open my keyboard self.

 

But I have warranty!!!! I got bad keyboard, I'm really don't understand why shuld I do it self?

 

I got it today!! It very bad customer servises... :( Now I'm thinking bad regarding dell.

 

I suppose that Dell should remove all defects or return money.
