I have owned a Studio for over two years with no problems whatsoever.  This weekend it started acting up.  Seems as if the Windows (Vista) is not operating properly.  Is that possible?  If so, is there a way to "reset" the Windows?  I power up my laptop and the black screen comes up stating Windows was not shut down properly.   I click to "start Windows normally."  My desktop and icons appear.  As soon as you click somethign and a window appears, compute freezes up.  You can't do anything else.  Sometimes a blue screen with a bunch of technical jargon appears for a few seconds, then computer shuts down.  One thing I noticed-- toolbar looks fine when desktop and icons first appear.  Once computer freezes, my McAfee Security symbol on tool bar turns from grey with a red "M", to a Blue/black sqare, like something happened to it.  I hope this makes sense to you all!
