Optiplex 7040
I have a Dell Optiplex 7040. I reset my computer to sell it. Now it doesn’t reboot. It will show the Dell logo with a spinning circle but will not do anything else.I’ve unplugged it, did the reset, everything I can think of. Meeting the person at 10am so really needing help ASAP.

Can you please explain how you "reset" your system? I wonder if you used an option in BIOS/Setup to wipe the drive. If you did wipe the drive, you need to reinstall Windows.
