S3219D, clicking once per second

Question

Issue just started where my monitor S3219D is making a clicking noise from the top vents, exactly once per second. Any ideas?

From a warranty perspective, there is nothing that Dell can do. The purchased 1 year warranty expired 1 year/4 months ago.
