Hi all

I am currently in the process of setting up a new server in our office.  The Server is a PowerEdge T110 connecting to a PowerSwitch 2816.

I have the server set up and the powerswitch is connected to it.  I connected 1 workstation to the network but when connected through the switch it is not online.

I have been reading the user guide and from what I can figure out I need to give the switch an IP address.  However, the setup wizard for the switch is not popping up on the server.  I have tried resetting the switch and still it does not start.  Can anybody tell me how I can get the setup wizard to start up?

I know very little about networks and I have fumbled up to this point with a little bit of success along the way but I'm at a standstill now and any help would be much appreciated.  Also, if the reply could be in lay man's terms that would be great.
