I don't have a serial cable for Dell EMC CT-SCv2020, I am trying to SSH into it using the management IP but getting "Connection refused". 

In another discussion, it was mentioned 

Before trying to utilize SSH, you must create your RSA/DSA key pairs (private and public keys used for asymmetric encryption/decryption). Do do so, use the following commands:

(config)# crypto key generate rsa

(config)# crypto key generate dsa

 

Can this be done from a web console or another way if we don't have the serial cable?
