On certain internet sites I cannot navigate to all areas. I keep getting the message "Done but error on page" or just "error on page". For example on the Dell site I tried to chat with them, entered my service tag number and hit submit and got the error.  I went thru my internet settings and they are the same as my old computer. Turned off popup blocker etc. Any ideas?
