net accounts

i have a small network of 12 computers all running on xp but i have one problem, is it posible to use one of the machines as a host and set up accounts for all users from that one machine, if so how do i do that.

    When you say host, do you mean a server issuing IP Addresses?  If so, you will need to set that machine running Server 2003 or 2000 as I do not not think it is possible to run that many clients with ICS.
