I have a mini 9 with Ubuntu and have wireless connection set up showing I am connected to the internet, but unable to launch the internet - any suggestions?
If you open a terminal window and type in ifconfig (you might need to use sudo, as ifconfig is in /sbin) does it list an IP address for the wireless NIC? You can be connected wireless to the router but not be on the network if the wireless card fails to get an IP address for whatever reason.
