I can't use the PC mic and speaker after outlook dials a number. the sounds that come thru the speaker are garbled and unintelligible. Whats the problem the modem manufacture says that it should work but it's a dell problem. I talk to dell's tech support and the have not a clue. Any help out there? I am shure it is just a switch some where.
