Attempted a BIOS upgrade from within Windows 10. Machine rebooted and now doesn't POST.
I get the 2-3 amber blinking lights, and no POST.
Have tried clearing CMOS, but just can't get the thing to boot now.

The flash / BIOS upgrade has clearly gone wrong somehow.

Is there any way to recover from this please??
