New Dell Optiplex Micro 7010, with newly installed WD Black SN850X NVMe SSD - 2 TB, added another 16GB RAM Kingston, not responding after installing Windows 11 and running the first updates. 

While installing the updates I got a black screen, but I could still see the cursor, then only the black screen and monitor went into sleep mode because it didn't detect any signal. Now, is just powering up and not responding to any keystrokes, nothing. If I do a force shutdown by holding down the power button for 5 seconds or more, it will shutdown but power up immediately. 

I tried connecting another monitor on the display port with no success, I tried booting from a memory stick to reinstall Windows with no success, I removed the new NVMe and the added memory, put back the original NVMe and still can't boot, is just staying on. 

It can't be pinged or reached over the network, so I can't access it at all. 

I decided to check here before RMA the unit. 

Any advice is welcome.
