Hello Guys,
I recently have ran into a problem with my pc (Dell Optiplex 9020) it's power button light was blinking orange like
blink..blink..........blink. I looked up for this issue and found a post it said hold power button for 7 seconds to 9 seconds and then press power button again twice and that worked it got fixed. But why did this problem even occur? Do I have to get my pc checked? Is there anything wrong? Please let me know I am desperate to find out what's the matter.
I also have GTX 750Ti 2GB and after light 4 or 5 months of installing graphic card, my ethernet adapter stopped working. Today when I looked at it it was little bit black on the top and little bit on the side, looked like it was burned, is my fan not helping to cool down my pc? Do I need to install a better PSU?
Please help me out with this trouble.

9020 models DO NOT SUPPORT 75W cards.
The mini tower can optionally use 365W power supply to support up to 120W video
Stock power supply is 290W

The fastest supported card in the 9020 on the stock PSU according to Tom's Hardware: "The fastest card will be one of the GTX 750 Ti." Screengrabs not allowed.

The screengrab below is from the 9010 tech guide. I couldn't pull a tech guide for the 9020. Neither the owner's manual nor the spec sheet for the 9020 mention GPU wattage.

Hello There Thanks For Helping Me Out, The Problem Didn't Come Back And I Have Dell Optiplex 9020 MT I Just Wanted To Know If There Is Any Problem With My Pc Because As I Have Described My Ethernet Cable Adapter Was Blackish From 2 Sides Looked Like It Was Burnt.58017

There's different models of the GTX 750Ti 2GB - EVGA, Nvidia, Zotac, etc. I looked up a couple of them and they're 60w. Your PCi-e slot gives you 75 watts. I don't think the hiccup was GPU related.
I do think the hiccup happened when your Ethernet card burnt. It probably shorted itself out. Does it actually still work? Either way, you're probably safer getting a new one.
One thing Dell regularly recommends when errors happen is disconnect peripherals first and see if the error continues. With your computer working, I don't consider it necessary. But again, I think it was your Ethernet card.
Edit: Well, in one post you said "Ethernet adapter" and in another "Ethernet cable adapter." Either way, if it burnt, it probably shorted and should be replaced.

Well No My Ethernet Cable Adapter(A Rectangular shaped Thing Which Is Inside PC) Is Not working Anymore, I Used To Use It But I am Now Unable To And Also When I Check The Adapter It Gives Me An Error Saying
"This device cannot start. (Code 10) {Operation Failed} The requested operation was unsuccessful.
Btw I Have Nvidia GTX 750ti 2GB
And No It(Ethernet Net Adapter) Was Burnt Several Months Ago And I Ran Into Trouble With BLinking Amber Lights Days Ago.

Ok So Last Thing I Want To Know Is That Should I Change My PSU With A Better One?? Like 400 Watt Or More?

Your 290W PSU is just fine for your GPU. Even if you went thru the trouble of upgrading PSU's and wanted to use a higher watt GPU, you'd still have to use low profile single slot cards with their own power cable. I think your setup is just fine as long as your happy with your GPU.
If your still curious about optional PSU's, "9020 MT PSU" can be used for a search term in Dell Community and you could Google it as well. Chances are optional PSU's for the 9020 was already answered. @speedstep is an expert at it.

If the problem were to continue (orange power button, blinking as described), that would be indicative of a bad MB.
Dell Diagnostic Indicators
As for your last pgh., answers will come easier if we know what size your 9020 is - MT, DT, SFF or USFF. There's also micro, but I doubt you have one of the smaller ones running a GTX 750Ti 2GB.
Also, what fan are you referring too, a rear case fan?
