PERC H710 hot-swap?

Hi,

I have a PERC H710 RAID controller in the server. On it RAID5 from 7 disks.
The drives are connected directly to the controller with a Mini SAS SFF-8087 to 4xSATA cable.

I have to replace three disks due to poor condition.

Can I do it like this:

Without shutting down the server, I disconnect the first disk to be replaced and connect a new one.
I am waiting for a RAID5 rebuild with a new disk.
After rebuilding RAID5, disconnect another disk to be replaced and connect a new one.
I am waiting for a RAID5 rebuild. After rebuilding RAID5, disconnect the last disk to be replaced and connect the new one.
I am waiting for a RAID5 rebuild.

Is this how I can do it? Do I have to turn off the server with each replace?

I have web access [Dell EMC OpenManage] to manage this controller.

System on the server: Debian 10

The server is DELL T40.
