error message says System Software event Battery sensor. Failed was
Hello
from our Poweredge R710 we have got an error message saying System Software event: Battery sensor. Failed was. We have just replaced the battery for Raid Control in last week. and then after one week, this message pops up.
can it be a problem with new battery or is essentially the raid control defect?

HZ1896,
I would start with making sure that the server is up to date on BIOS, iDrac, and the raid controller. Them being out of date can cause a flase battery error, so I would update to exclude that being the cause.
Let me know what you see after update.
