Which graphics card upgrade for my PC should i get?
Hello!
I have a pc without graphics card and i would like to add one card that supports hdmi and can get the pc to run some games(that run the other system specs).
DELL T1600 MERCY XEON E3-1225=i5-6400
Runs windows 10,
Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E31225 @ 3.10GHz 3.10 GHz
8GB RAM
If anyone could provide me a list of what i can install and what makes the most sense according to the pc limitations.

Your cpu can handle all the way to RTX 3060 but those are very expensive.
A good alternate for a tower would be quadro K2200

There are 101 Q&A about "what GPU?" so have a search for some. But for me, the issue comes down to what PSU you have and how much space is inside the chassis as some cards are quite bulky. Look for some of my old posts as I went down this road already.
Your spec sheet says either 265W or 320W precision-t1600-spec-sheet.pdf (dell.com) which is no way close to the power requirements for an RTX3060 as suggested above GeForce RTX 3060 Family | NVIDIA
So, you are looking at something like a GTX1650 GeForce GTX 16 Series Graphics Cards | NVIDIA at best (unless you want to upgrade the PSU and the probs that entails).
A K2200 is a dog of a card by today's standards - even for casual gaming. UserBenchmark: Nvidia GTX 1650 vs Quadro K2200
8GB seems woefully low btw.

K2200 is fine, comes in low profile and full height size. T1600 default is 265W with optional 320w power supply. So the other reason to recommend it is due to it being a 40W card. Its not crazy expensive.

The K2200 is too old unless he gets it for free. If the reasoning is consuming just 40W , a P600 / P620 will consume the same and do circles around the k2200.
I have a P600 and is ok for gaming unless you want fullscreen at max details.. it's more or less a gtx 1030 equivalent

k2200 is fine and not crazy expensive. same gpu as 750TI 4 gig card . GM107 640 CUDA CORES, 40 TMUS, 16 ROPS, 4 GIG DDR5.

Yes, but depends if he wants a directx11 card , or a directx12 card ( with vulcan support ).
The K series is dx11 , the M series ( that substituted the k) is a dx12 , the P series (that substituted the M) is dx12 with also vulcan 1.0 support
a k2200 is ... 75 on ebay on average ? a M2000 is ... 100 on ebay on average ? a P620 is around 80 on average ?
If not going for the most recent series, I would still discard the K and look at a M2000.. it has 768 cuda cores (this keeping the budget more or less even between them)
