Hi

My Precision 7510 's camera is not available.  It's not listed in Device manager. Dell support helped me to find it but to no avail, suggesting that I need to install a new camera.  I'm curious if the problem is in the software given the Laptop shipped with W8.1, and then upgraded to W10.  8.1 has external drivers for the camera and W10 has embedded drivers. I thought about reinstalling W10 but I would need a new product key as the one I have is embedded in W8.1.  

Any suggestions?
