The Dell A920 (a lexmark in disguise?) that I got is complete junk.
My son had it college for two weeks and reported it just jammed all the time.
I just checked it out. It jams all the time.

This is worthless junk. I don't want any action from Dell except that they should
get better suppliers. The printer is gone and I don't want a return, a refund or
a replacement.

I am just warning people who might consider getting an A920 to run for the woods
and buy a printer over the counter from some other vendor. I have a Canon printer
that has worked out well.

Forget these bloated dell deals where you get junk and someone from India if you
don't like what you got.
