My A960 will not let my computer shut down.  It will go to the screen where it says windows is shutting down and just stay there for hours if I let it.  I know that it is the printer because if I unplug the printer before i shut down the computer it will shut down in a few seconds.  Do I need to reinstall the drivers or something.  Anyone ran into this problem before.  Let me know
