My Dell 962 printer stopped working.  I had to reinstall the printer everytime I needed to print a document.  I Repaired XP  and was able to reinstall the printer but after turning computer of f the printer is not working again.  Now I am getting the function address0x0 caused a protection fault (exception code 0xc0000005).
