My all-in-one printer has a printerhead message that after trying all other troubleshooting attempts persists.  I downloaded new firmware for my printer but when I attempt to update, the firmware cant find my printer using the IP address I printed from the printer itself.  The printer is on a network and was successful in printing previously but since I replaced the ink this issue has been ongoing.  Can anyone tell me why when I downloaded the driver I was able to locate the printer on the network using the IP address but the firmware cant find it?
