Elevator foot on 1800MP
I have a 5 month old 1800MP projector and have broken the elevator foot. I tried to glue it to no avail. In fact, it made it worse. How do I get this small problem addressed?

If under warranty, get it replaced. If you have a service tag number associated with your projector, you may use Chat or Email support to setup the projector exchange. If you only have an Order number associated with the projector, you must call in, 1-800-624-9896. They will need the following information -
Name, address, phone, email address
Order number
Issue
Troubleshooting done

Apologies. We do not have that part to send out as a replacement. If under warranty, we would just exchange the 1800MP.
