HELP WITH 2300 PLEASE!

It works great on analog, but any time it's on another source (S-video, composite, etc) the picture turns off after a few minutes.  There's still ight coming out of the projector, but I have to restart it.  It happens about every 15 minutes and it stinks.

I have an HD cable box and when I'm watching HD channels, it defaults to analog and there are no problems.  When I change it to another regular channel, it autmatically switches to composite and after about 15 minutes it shuts off.  I've tried everything: switch to S-video, try all other inputs, but nothing seems to work.

Is it defective or is there somehting in the settings I'm missing.

    Hi

Unfortunatly I dont have answer to your problem... More, I experienced the same one : while running a file from the camcorder connected to S-video, suddendly all becomes dark despite the lamp is still lighting.
The only one way to solve is turning off the projector (quite easy when you dont seen OSD anymore...), wait for ventilator turning off and restart : Very nice when you're presenting in public isn't ?
This has occured 10 days ago, and again twice yesterday evening.

It occured each time when running via S-Video port, but I dont know if also possible while other connexion modes...

I would greatly appreciate to know what DELL's engineers think about that - thanks in advance for attention !
