Changing boot priority order - how to

Hi there

Have a Dell Dimension 9150, A03 Bios.

Came with a 250 GB SATA HDD,

I recently purchased a 2nd SATA HDD (Seagate 500 GB)  and am wanting to know,  is there a limitation on this BIOS or something?

I do not see the option to change boot priority order to have the 2nd SATA drive as the boot drive.

Updating the BIOS would not help or would it?  Is there a way to change the boot priority order on this BIOS?

Thanks in advance

In addition to this, I should add that the 2nd SATA drive i purchased is SATA 2, should that matter?

It does not mention anywhere in the dell dimension specs page that SATA 2 is NOT supported, in fact the dell dimension reads the drive and I can access it however, I would like to know why i am unable to change the boot order in the BIOS?

The BIOS cannot be set to boot from other than the first SATA drive.
