My old HD had errors, so Dell sended me a new one as a replacement. But when I replaced the old one with the new HD the laptop says it doesn't recognize it. After removing the new one again I noticed the old one is slightly longer then the new one, could it be that I received a wrong sized HD that does not make connection with the computer?
