Getting HTTP 500 Response on a VMAX REST API request

I'm trying to hit the following endpoint, but am getting Internal Server Errors (HTTP 500 Response):

sloprovisioning/symmetrix/{symmetrixId}/storagegroup/{storagegroupId}

The error message isn't much help:

"No Error message specified"

This problem is specific to this endpoint and only comes up with certain storagegroupId values (roughly 20 percent of all of these values). Why might this be and how could this be resolved?

    Hi Asofian,

    the command structure appears to be fine and as you say the error is not of much use to us in respect of troubleshooting.

    it might take more in depth analysis than we might be able to perform here. Could you open a customer service call and we can track the issue there so we can resolve the matter.
