I bought an unlocked Streak in Hong Kong and it's currently on Android 2.1-update1.  When I manually checked the system update I got directed to the site http://mobileupdate.dell.com/?version=www.android-works.com.  However, this link returned with an error message saying:

Server Error in '/' Application.

Runtime Error...

What is happening?
