I have a usb port on my tablet which I would like to use to charge my dell latitude 10.1 st - 2

I purchased a halo bolt with a dual usb cord on each end.

I cannot get dell support to answer any questions

I would like to use the top right (only) usb port to charge the tablet

my fear is I will fry the tablet if I use the only usb port
