Hello,

Recently I've been experiencing problems with browsing websites. When I go to a website, lets say for example youtube.com or yahoo.com, I keep on getting redirected to this url "res://C:\WINDOWS\system32\shdoclc.dll/navcancl.htm". This happens to random websites that I visit. What causes this problem and what should I do to fix this problem? Any help is much appreciated.
