the enabler comes with 5400 but default, on the 5100 it had to be purchased. Get in touch with your local sales team and ask them to get you the SanCopy enabler, you are migrating to EMC solution ..they will take care of you. Once you have the enabler (small file), you will download and install the USM (Unisphere service manager) and us it to install the enabler. I can't remember if that enabler require SP reboot or not (it might need to reboot, one SP at a time).  The reason you need the enabler on 5100 is because it will allow to perform "hot push" operations that do not require as much downtime as opposed to "cold pull"
